Families get help finding loved ones lost in institutions

Nine days before her third birthday, Jeff Daly's little sister disappeared. Daly was told to forget about her, but he never did. Nearly 50 years later, Daly found his sister. Molly, who doctors said was "profoundly retarded," was just one of thousands of children banished to institutions in a dark chapter in American history.
