Russell Simmons Honored By Officers

Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons will be honored next month at a reception and program presented by the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children's Benefit Fund.

The 22nd annual event, which will take place November 13 at the New York Hilton, will kick off with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m.
