George Rush and Joanna Molloy of the New York Daily News report that 50 Cent has big plans for New Year's Eve. The two gossip hounds stated that 50's manager Chris Lighty, CEO of Brand Asset Group and Violator Management, is working with city officials to do an outdoor performance right before the stroke of midnight on Dec. 31.
